We have three recipes given by the staff and friends of Bourbon Barrel Talk:

From Toby:

Pumpkin Pie Bourbon Shake:

1oz Favorite Bourbon, 3/4 oz of Pumpkin Spice Liqueur , Vanilla Ice Cream, Graham Crackers, Whipped Cream, and Sprinkles.

  1. Rim Edge of glass with graham cracker crumbs. Set aside.

  2. Add ice cream, bourbon and pumpkin spic liqueur to blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Pour mix into prepared glass and top with whip cream and sprinkles.

From Scott:

Whiskey Sour:

1.5 oz of Bourbon

1 oz lime

1 oz Simple Syrup

1 oz egg white

1/2 oz triple sec

Shake with 2 ice cubes until melted, strain into chilled martini glass.

From Josh:

Take favorite bourbon, pour over ice, and serve.
